At Clean Gutter Clean, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your K4 Roof Cleaner, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or with packaging that has been significantly altered.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at admin@cleangutterclean.com.au. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
